The gin fizz's taller, lazier brother, on menus since the 1870s. Gin, lemon and sugar lengthened with soda: light, sparkling and easy to drink on a hot afternoon.

  1. Fill a highball with cubed ice and add

    15 ml2 × 15 ml3 × 15 ml4 × 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)— not in stock
  2. Top with

    100 ml2 × 100 ml3 × 100 ml4 × 100 mlSoda water— not in stock
  3. Stir gently once

  4. Garnish with lemon slice and cherry
