Tequila Sunrise

The 1970s Sausalito version popularised by the Rolling Stones' tour. Tequila and orange juice with grenadine sinking to the bottom for the sunrise — sweet, fruity, simple.

1. Fill a highball with crushed ice and add

   50 ml2 × 50 ml3 × 50 ml4 × 50 ml	Tequila blanco— not in stock
   100 ml2 × 100 ml3 × 100 ml4 × 100 ml	Orange juice— not in stock

2. Pour slowly down the side of the glass so it sinks

   10 ml2 × 10 ml3 × 10 ml4 × 10 ml

   Grenadine— not in stock

3. Garnish with orange slice and cherry
