A Prohibition-era Chicago drink, said to be the South Side gang's favourite. A gin sour with mint shaken in — like a Mojito's crisp, short cousin.

Everything is on the shelf.

  1. Add to a shaker, pressing the mint gently

  2. Shake hard with cubed ice for 10 seconds

  3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe, no ice

  4. Garnish with mint sprig
