A 1960s Rat Pack favourite: Scotch sweetened with Drambuie, the honey-and-herb whisky liqueur. Simple, strong and sweet, best over plenty of ice.

1. Add to an old-fashioned glass filled with cubed ice

   50 ml2 × 50 ml3 × 50 ml4 × 50 ml	Blended Scotch— not in stock
   25 ml2 × 25 ml3 × 25 ml4 × 25 ml	Drambuie— not in stock
