Rob Roy

A Manhattan made with Scotch, created at the Waldorf Astoria in 1894 for an operetta about the Scottish outlaw. Smokier and softer than its rye parent, with the vermouth pulling out the malt's honeyed side.

Not in stock: Sweet (rosso) vermouth.
