Piña Colada

Puerto Rico, 1954, at the Caribe Hilton — the island's national drink since 1978. Rum, coconut cream and pineapple, blended: creamy, sweet and unashamedly tropical.

Everything is on the shelf.

1. Add to a blender with a scoop of crushed ice

   50 ml2 × 50 ml3 × 50 ml4 × 50 ml	White rum— not in stock
   30 ml2 × 30 ml3 × 30 ml4 × 30 ml	Coconut cream— not in stock
   90 ml2 × 90 ml3 × 90 ml4 × 90 ml	Pineapple juice— not in stock

2. Blend until smooth, about 15 seconds

3. Pour into a hurricane glass

4. Garnish with pineapple wedge
