Mexico's everyday tequila drink, more popular there than the Margarita. Grapefruit soda over tequila and lime: bitter, salty, fizzy and refreshing.

1. Fill a highball with cubed ice and add

   15 ml2 × 15 ml3 × 15 ml4 × 15 ml	Lime juice (fresh)— not in stock
   pinch2 × pinch3 × pinch4 × pinch	Salt(optional)— not in stock

2. Top with

   120 ml2 × 120 ml3 × 120 ml4 × 120 ml

   Grapefruit soda— not in stock

3. Stir gently once

4. Garnish with grapefruit wedge
