Joaquín Simó's 2011 riff on the Last Word at Death & Co, New York. Smoky mezcal, honeyed yellow Chartreuse, bitter-orange Aperol and lime in equal parts — complex, smoky and surprisingly easy to drink.

   22.5 ml45 ml67.5 ml90 ml	Yellow Chartreuse— not in stock
   22.5 ml45 ml67.5 ml90 ml	Aperol— not in stock
   22.5 ml45 ml67.5 ml90 ml	Lime juice (fresh)— not in stock

2. Shake hard with cubed ice for 10 seconds
