A tequila Daisy from the 1930s–40s borderlands, whoever actually invented it. Tequila, orange liqueur and lime with a salted rim: sour, a little sweet, with agave earthiness underneath.

Fine strain into the coupe, no ice
Garnish with salt rim, lime wedge
