Mai Tai

Trader Vic's 1944 original ('mai tai — out of this world!' said the Tahitian guests). Aged rum, orange curaçao, orgeat and lime over crushed ice: nutty, citrusy and much drier than the tourist version.

1. Add to a shaker

   50 ml100 ml150 ml200 ml	Aged / golden rum— not in stock
   15 ml30 ml45 ml60 ml	Orange curaçao— not in stock
   15 ml30 ml45 ml60 ml	Orgeat— not in stock
   25 ml50 ml75 ml100 ml	Lime juice (fresh)— not in stock

2. Shake hard with cubed ice for 8 seconds

3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice

4. Garnish with mint sprig and spent lime shell
