Kuala Lumpur Hilton, 1978 — the tiki drink with Campari in it. Dark rum, pineapple and lime against a bitter Campari edge: tropical without being sweet.

1. Add to a shaker

   45 ml90 ml135 ml180 ml	Dark rum— not in stock
   20 ml40 ml60 ml80 ml	Campari— not in stock
   45 ml90 ml135 ml180 ml	Pineapple juice— not in stock
   15 ml30 ml45 ml60 ml	Lime juice (fresh)— not in stock
   15 ml30 ml45 ml60 ml	Sugar syrup (2:1)— not in stock

2. Shake hard with cubed ice for 10 seconds

3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with cubed ice

4. Garnish with pineapple wedge
