Irish Coffee

1. Add to a warmed toddy glass and stir until the sugar dissolves

   120 ml2 × 120 ml3 × 120 ml4 × 120 ml	Hot filter coffee— not in stock
   2 tsp2 × 2 tsp3 × 2 tsp4 × 2 tsp	Brown sugar— not in stock

2. Add and stir

   40 ml2 × 40 ml3 × 40 ml4 × 40 ml

   Irish whiskey— not in stock

3. Whip lightly so it just holds, then float over the back of a spoon

   30 ml2 × 30 ml3 × 30 ml4 × 30 ml
