Hot Toddy

Scotland, 18th century — whisky, honey, lemon and hot water, the classic cold remedy. Warming, soothing and only as sweet as you make it.

1. Add to a warmed toddy glass

   50 ml2 × 50 ml3 × 50 ml4 × 50 ml	Blended Scotch— not in stock
   15 ml2 × 15 ml3 × 15 ml4 × 15 ml	Honey syrup— not in stock
   15 ml2 × 15 ml3 × 15 ml4 × 15 ml	Lemon juice (fresh)— not in stock

2. Top with and stir until the honey dissolves

   100 ml2 × 100 ml3 × 100 ml4 × 100 ml

   Hot water— not in stock

3. Garnish with lemon slice studded with cloves
