Flying Kangaroo

A Schumann's Bar classic from 1980s Munich, riffing on the Piña Colada with vodka and a dash of Galliano. Pineapple and orange over coconut and cream, with vanilla-anise from the Galliano in the background — smooth, sweet and a little retro.

1. Add to a shaker

   30 ml60 ml90 ml120 ml	Vodka— not in stock
   20 ml40 ml60 ml80 ml	White rum— not in stock
   10 ml20 ml30 ml40 ml	Galliano— not in stock
   50 ml100 ml150 ml200 ml	Pineapple juice— not in stock
   30 ml60 ml90 ml120 ml	Orange juice— not in stock
   20 ml40 ml60 ml80 ml	Coconut cream— not in stock
   15 ml30 ml45 ml60 ml	Double cream— not in stock

2. Shake hard with cubed ice for 10 seconds

3. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice

4. Garnish with pineapple wedge and a cherry
