Havana around 1900, toasting Cuban independence with the newly arrived American cola. Rum, cola and a good squeeze of lime — the lime is what separates it from a rum and coke.

1. Fill a highball with cubed ice and add

   50 ml2 × 50 ml3 × 50 ml4 × 50 ml	Aged / golden rum— not in stock
   15 ml2 × 15 ml3 × 15 ml4 × 15 ml	Lime juice (fresh)— not in stock

2. Top with

   120 ml2 × 120 ml3 × 120 ml4 × 120 ml

   Cola— not in stock

3. Stir gently once

4. Garnish with lime wedge
