Toby Cecchini's 1988 New York version made it famous a decade before Sex and the City. Citrus vodka, orange liqueur, cranberry and lime — a pink, tart, clean sour.

1. Add to a shaker

   45 ml90 ml135 ml180 ml	Citrus vodka— not in stock
   15 ml30 ml45 ml60 ml	Cointreau / triple sec— not in stock
   30 ml60 ml90 ml120 ml	Cranberry juice— not in stock
   15 ml30 ml45 ml60 ml	Lime juice (fresh)— not in stock

2. Shake hard with cubed ice for 10 seconds

3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe, no ice

4. Garnish with flamed orange zest
