Corpse Reviver No. 2

Harry Craddock's Savoy Cocktail Book (1930) warns that four in a row will 'unrevive the corpse again'. Gin, orange liqueur, Lillet and lemon in equal parts with an absinthe rinse: bright, citrusy, subtly anise.

1. Rinse a chilled coupe with

2. Add to a shaker

   22.5 ml45 ml67.5 ml90 ml	Gin (London dry)— not in stock
   22.5 ml45 ml67.5 ml90 ml	Cointreau / triple sec— not in stock
   22.5 ml45 ml67.5 ml90 ml	Lillet Blanc— not in stock
   22.5 ml45 ml67.5 ml90 ml	Lemon juice (fresh)— not in stock

3. Shake hard with cubed ice for 10 seconds

4. Fine strain into the coupe, no ice

5. Garnish with orange zest twist
