Brandy Alexander

The 1920s brandy version of the gin Alexander. Cognac, crème de cacao and cream with nutmeg on top: a chocolate dessert in a coupe, rich and smooth.

1. Add to a shaker

   30 ml60 ml90 ml120 ml	Cognac / brandy— not in stock
   30 ml60 ml90 ml120 ml	Crème de cacao (white)— not in stock
   30 ml60 ml90 ml120 ml	Double cream— not in stock

2. Shake hard with cubed ice for 10 seconds

3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe, no ice

4. Garnish with grated nutmeg
