Boulevardier
The Negroni's Paris cousin from the 1920s, named after Erskine Gwynne's expat magazine. Bourbon replaces gin, so the bitterness of Campari lands on caramel and oak instead of juniper — richer, rounder, a winter drink.
Not in stock: Sweet (rosso) vermouth.
