Blood and Sand

Named after the 1922 Rudolph Valentino bullfighting film. Scotch, sweet vermouth, cherry liqueur and orange juice in equal parts — one of the few classics that make Scotch fruity.

1. Add to a shaker

   22.5 ml45 ml67.5 ml90 ml	Blended Scotch— not in stock
   22.5 ml45 ml67.5 ml90 ml	Sweet (rosso) vermouth— not in stock
   22.5 ml45 ml67.5 ml90 ml	Cherry Heering— not in stock
   22.5 ml45 ml67.5 ml90 ml	Orange juice— not in stock

2. Shake hard with cubed ice for 10 seconds

3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe, no ice

4. Garnish with orange zest twist
