Aperol Spritz

The Veneto's aperitivo since Aperol arrived in 1919, a global habit since the 2010s. Bitter orange, prosecco and a splash of soda over ice: light, bubbly and low in alcohol.

1. Fill a large wine glass with cubed ice and add

   90 ml2 × 90 ml3 × 90 ml4 × 90 ml	Prosecco— not in stock
   60 ml2 × 60 ml3 × 60 ml4 × 60 ml	Aperol— not in stock

2. Top with

   30 ml2 × 30 ml3 × 30 ml4 × 30 ml

   Soda water— not in stock

3. Stir once

4. Garnish with orange slice
