Americano

Born in Gaspare Campari's Milan bar in the 1860s as the Milano-Torino, renamed for the American tourists who loved it. Low in alcohol, bitter-sweet and fizzy — the lightest way into the Campari family.

1. Fill a highball with cubed ice and add

2. Top with

   90 ml2 × 90 ml3 × 90 ml4 × 90 ml

   Soda water— not in stock

3. Stir gently once

4. Garnish with orange slice
